Willis "Bob" Whaley, age 84, of Hudson Rd. passed away Tuesday, February 5 th , 2019 at the Wyoming County Community Hospital. He was born in Warsaw, June 2 nd , 1934, son of the late Willis R. and Lillian Manning Whaley. A lifetime resident of Pavilion and Wyoming, and a 1952 graduate of Pavilion Central School, Bob was a self employed dairy farmer his entire life. He also worked at the Jell-O factory in LeRoy. Bob enjoyed his animals and all facets of his farm from the tractors to the land. He was a hard working and loving family man who enjoyed the old country and western favorites. Bob adored and was deeply in love with the love of his life, Isabelle. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 57 years, M. Isabelle Bater Whaley in 2012; a son, David Whaley; 2 brothers, Richard and Charles Whaley; and 2 sisters, Phyllis Weidman and Brenda McIlroy. Survivors include 2 sons, Steven (Deborah Bower) Whaley of Locke, NY and Doug (Patty) Whaley of Perry; a daughter and "daddies little girl", Pam Koska of Wyoming; a sister, Patricia Barrett of Warsaw; 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Friends of Bob may call Saturday, February 9 th , 2019 at the Weeks Funeral Home 123 N. Main St. Warsaw from 10am to 1pm. A time of family sharing will take place following calling hours at 1pm. Burial will take place privately in the Mt. Ash Cemetery, Covington. Memorial contributions may be made in Bob's name to the Pavilion Fire Department at PO Box 156 Pavilion, NY 14525 or to the Crossroads House at www.crossroadshouse.com.
