Wethersfield-
William M. Lipka, age 53, of Morgan Rd., Gainesville, passed away Saturday, July 21st, 2012 at the Teresa House in Geneseo. He was born in Buffalo, August 22nd, 1958, the son of Stanley and Lucy Rybak Lipka. A resident of Wyoming County for the past 20 years and previously of Depew, William worked as a machine operator for GM in Tonawanda from where he retired after 30 years. He was an avid Yankees fan, a terrific grandfather and he enjoyed his time at the casino. William is survived by his wife, Darleen Kedron Lipka of Wethersfield; his mother, Lucy Lipka of Tonawanda; a daughter, Jenny Lipka of Niagara Falls; 2 stepsons, Nick (Bridget) Gilewski of Wheatfield and Edward (Jenny) Gilewski of Texas; and a brother, Bob (Nancy) Lipka of Tonawanda. He was predeceased by his father, Stanley Lipka. Friends of William may call from 1pm to 4pm, Thursday, July 26th, at the Weeks Funeral Home, 123 N. Main St. Warsaw.
