William C. Kruppner, age 71, of Salina St., passed away Saturday, July 16th, 2011 at the Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw. He was born in Centerville, July 27th, 1939, the son of the late August and Pearl Austin Kruppner. William grew up in Wyoming County, moving to Florida in 1971 and then returning back to the area in 2002. He worked as a dairy farmer on his own farms located on Safford Rd. in Pike and Hillside Rd. in Bliss. William attended the Valley Chapel Free Methodist Church and enjoyed horse racing, fishing and bowling. He was predeceased by 2 brothers, Charles and Lawrence Kruppner. Survivors include 3 daughters; Lori (Gene) Standish of Warsaw, Nancy (Alan) Durfee of Warsaw and Wendy (Dennis) Bzduch of Perry; a son; Robert Kruppner of Rochester, a brother; James (Betty) Kruppner of Warsaw; 5 grandchildren, a great grandson, and several nieces and nephews. Friends of William may call Wednesday, July 20th, 2011 from 2pm to 6pm at the Weeks Funeral Home 123 N. Main St., Warsaw. A funeral service will be held at 6pm with Rev. William Lowery of Valley Chapel as celebrant.
