Terry J. Frank, age 88, of East Mill Street Castile, passed away Thursday, November 20, 2025, at home, with his beloved wife by his side. Terry was born in Warsaw, a son of the late Conrad J. and Katie L. Brotherton Frank. He served Honorably during the Korean War in the United States Air Force. Upon returning, he worked for the New York State Department of Transportation in Warsaw as a Heavy Equipment Operator, Snow Plow Driver and Flagger for 36 years prior to his retirement at the age of 55. Terry was a lifetime member of the Bates-Courtney Post #753 of the American Legion. He enjoyed spending time on the computer, watching old Westerns, and model collecting. Terry was a meticulous, detail oriented hard worker, but he truly enjoyed a good nap.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Frank and Anson Burdick Jr., and his beloved Silky Terrier, Whiskers.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Margie J. VonGunden Frank whom he married on September 4, 1992. Additional survivors include his son, Terry Jr. of Arcade, 2 grandsons, Collyn Frank of Warsaw and Landen Willis of California, 2 brothers, David Burdick of Mt. Morris, Tom Casselbery of Pavilion, 3 sisters, Connie (Ed Almeter) Largey of Rock Glen, Sally (Butch Illerbrun) Casselbery of Hermitage, Betty Carpenter of Jacksonville, FL, his step children, Sheila Weaver of Sevierville, TN, Denise (Greg Sheeler) Rader of Alexander, Jerry (Cassie) White of Hedgesville, W.VA, as well as numerous step grandchildren, nieces, nephews.

Friends of Terry J. Frank may call on Monday, November 24, 2025 from 5-7pm at the Weeks Funeral Home 123 N. Main Street Warsaw, NY 14569. Graveside services will be conducted in the Grace Cemetery in Castile on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at 11am with the Wyoming County Honor Guard conducting an American Legion Service along with full military honors.
