Sue A. Stewart, age 53, of Murray St., Warsaw, passed away Friday, December 28th, 2012, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Buffalo, February 24th, 1959, daughter of the late Thomas Scharet Sr. and Eileen "Bonnie" (Carl) Wass of Warsaw and Florida. A lifetime resident of Wyoming County and 1977 graduate of Letchworth Central School, Sue was a dedicated homemaker. She was known as a terrific cook as well as a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother, who enjoyed travel, flower gardening, and spending time with her family. Sue was predeceased by a brother, Thomas Scharet Jr. Survivors include her loving husband of 31 years, Walter "Walt" Stewart who she married April, 16th, 1981; a son, Eric J. Stewart of Tampa, FL; a daughter, Courtney (Justin) Swenson of Warsaw; 3 sisters, Mary Scharet of Warsaw, Lisa (Kenneth) Howe of Perry and Joanne (Bill) Pries of Perry; a brother, Russ (Terri) Scharet of Orangeville; and 2 grand daughters, Alyssa Morse of Warsaw and Reese Swenson of Warsaw as well as several nieces and nephews. Friends of Sue may call from 10 to 11am, Thursday, January 3rd, 2013 at the Weeks Funeral Home, 123 N. Main St, Warsaw. A memorial service will be held at 11am with Rev.
