Ronald L. Milcarek, age 74, of Rt. 20A, Warsaw passed away Friday, June 17th, 2011 at the Wyoming County Community Hospital. He was born in Alexander, June 22nd, 1936, the son of the late Martin and Ellen E. Vile Milcarek. A 1953 graduate of Alexander High School and resident of Warsaw since 1954, Ronald worked as a corrections officer in Attica for 32 years before retiring in 1995. He enjoyed collecting antique cars and farming. Ronald served his country honorably in the United States Army National Guard and the United States Army Reserves. He was a member of the Emmanuel United Methodist Church, the Antique Automobile Club of America, The Empire State Antique Truck Association, the Kinzua Region Chapter of Studebaker Drivers Club and the Good Ol' Boys of Mt. Morris. Ronald was predeceased by his wife, Marilyn R. Krotz who passed away in 1997 and his sister, Winifred Stedman. Survivors include a son, Mark (Joanne Tumminello) Milcarek of LeRoy; a daughter, Linda (James) Marcinkowski of Boonville, NY; a brother, Ivor (Shirley) Milcarek; 2 sisters, Ellen Meier of Alexander and Mabel Graff of Attica; 3 grandchildren, Lyndsey and Ryan Milcarek and Jenna Marcinkowski. Friends of Ronald may call Monday, June 20th from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm at the Weeks Funeral Home, 123 N. Main St. Warsaw. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 21st at 10am with Rev.
