Roger N. Wozniewski, age 81, recently of Conable Way, Warsaw, passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at the Buffalo Veterans Medical Center. Roger was born in Niagara Falls October 4, 1940 a son of the late Edward and Bernice Jasek Wozniewski. Roger lived in Warsaw for a short time, previously residing in Hamburg and Fillmore. After High School, he joined the United States Navy in 1958 and served honorably until 1961 when he was released. Roger worked as a electrician for the Olin Corporation and as a Power Plant Engineer at INDECK Industries in Silver Springs. In his younger years, Roger owned his own farm "Whispering Hills Farm" in Fillmore. He enjoyed anything to do with the water, including racing vintage speed boats. Roger was a terrific cook, baker, and outdoor photographer. He rarely missed a county or state fair throughout the years.

Roger was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Pauline L. Miller Wozniewski in 2005.

Surviving is a son, William (Ilene) Wozniewski of Prattsburg, New York and a close friend of many years, Darlene Gray of Warsaw and several friends and neighbors.

Friends of Roger N. Wozniewski may call on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 10-11am at the Weeks Funeral Home 123 N. Main Street Warsaw, NY 14569.
