Rita H. Moroz, age 77 of Oak Street Warsaw died peacefully, Thursday, May 7th 2009 at the Wyoming County Skilled Nursing Facility in Warsaw. Rita was born in Buffalo, NY December 27th 1931, the daughter of the late George and Helen Zimmerman. She moved to Wyoming County after marrying her late husband after WWII. Rita worked for many years in food service for the Wyoming Central School as she enjoyed cooking. She adored her grandchildren and loved animals. Rita was fond of most games but she especially enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, cards and playing Bingo. She was predeceased by her loving husband; Edward S. Moroz on December 2nd 2008, a son; Timothy Moroz, a brother; George Zimmerman, and a sister; Marie Artmeir. Survivors include 4 sons; Michael (Linda of Sweetwater, TN, Steven (Sandra) of Warsaw, Larry (Michele) of Varysburg, and Dennis (Lora) of Wyoming, a daughter; Elizabeth (Daniel Delano) Moroz of Silver Springs, 13 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
