Pavilion-
Peter S. Sepor, age 84, of Telephone Rd., Pavilion, passed away Monday, December 10th, 2012 at the Veterans Association Medical Center in Buffalo. He was born in Buffalo, March 5th, 1928, son of the late Peter and Helen Sandor Sepor. A lifetime resident of the area, Peter owned and operated the Old Orchard Restaurant in Pavilion for 38 years, then moving on to work at the Veterans Association Hospital in Batavia in the Dietetic Services Department. Peter served his country honorably with the United States Navy from 1944 to 1946 as a ship's cook. He was a member of St. Mary Immaculate Parish in Pavilion, the Veterans Club of Warsaw, the American Legion Botts-Fioritto post #576 of LeRoy, the V.F.W Post #1602 of Batavia, and the Pavilion Fire Department Exempts. Peter enjoyed vegetable gardening, playing cards, spending time with his fellow veterans, dancing, and his time with family at family gatherings. He is predeceased by a son, Michael Sepor and a sister, Helen Brylinski. Survivors include his wife, Eleanor D. Wargo Sepor of Pavilion; 2 daughters, Judith Ann (Craig) Muehlig of Pavilion and Mary Sue (Richard) Wade of Canandaigua; a son, Richard Sepor of Pavilion; 2 sisters, Nancy (Warren) Imiolo Karr of Kernersville, NC and Cherylann Logsdon of Key West, FL; 6 grandchildren, Ryan and Jennifer Muehlig, Peter and Andrea Griffith, and Richard Jr. and Jakob Sepor; 2 great grandchildren, Cameron Muehlig and Mary Griffith; and several beloved nieces and nephews. Friends of Peter may call Thrusday, December 13th, 2012 from 3pm to 7pm at the Weeks Funeral Home 123 N. Main St, Warsaw. A funeral service will be held at 11am Friday, December 14th, at St. Mary Immaculate Parish in Pavilion with Father Richard Cilano as celebrant. Burial will follow for the family in St. Francis cemetery, LeRoy. Flowers are gratefully declined. Memorial contributions may be made in Peter's name to the family to be distributed to a charity of their choice.
