Peggy J. Baker age 80, of Warsaw, passed away Monday, March 31, 2025 at Erie County Medical Center. Born in Warsaw on September 10, 1944, daughter of the late C. Owen and Margaret Johnston Baker. Peggy graduated from Warsaw Central School in 1962 and went to work as an airline stewardess out of New York City before returning home to perform clerical work for Motorola in Arcade. After 30 years, she took her well-deserved retirement. Peggy loved attending the Pike Fair, antique shopping, and enjoyed board games and playing cards. Her social calendar often reflected lunches and games with friends. Peggy had a kind heart and a generous spirit that will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Roger, Gary, and Bruce Baker. Survivors include three nephews, Mike (Leesa) Baker of North Carolina, Mark (Colleen) Baker of Brockport, Brian Baker of Rochester, two nieces, Michele (Wade) Keenan, Marcy (Joe) Mruzik, a sister-in-law, Cathy Baker, all of Warsaw, several great nieces and nephews, as well as special friends, Kathy Norton of Delevan and Greg and Janice Kelsey of Warsaw.
