Obituary

Paul Zeches, age 67, of Prospect St., Warsaw, passed away Tuesday, October 28th, 2014 at the Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. He was born in Warsaw, May 11th, 1947, son of the late Otto G. and Evelyn I. Crane Zeches. A lifetime resident of Wyoming County, Paul worked as a Millwright for Hanson Inc. from where he retired in 1986. He was known as a good teacher of life's lessons, who loved fishing, attending flea markets, working on computers and gardening. Paul was a kind hearted and generous man who was always willing to lend a hand and was loved and respected by all who knew him. He was predeceased by 3 brothers; George, Albert and Raymond Zeches and a sister, Arlene Emo. Survivors include his loving wife of 47 years, Mary A. Wallace Zeches of Warsaw; 2 sons, Raymond (Elizabeth) Zeches of San Antonio, TX and David Zeches of Horseheads; 2 daughters, Tammy (Shelly) Zeches O'Neil of Yorkshire and Amy (Tim) McCawley of Horseheads; a very close nephew, Fred (Kelly) Dahl of Rock Glen; a brother, Guy Zeches of Warsaw; 11 grandchildren; Zachariah, Elijah, Caleb, Raylissa, Kelsey, Randy, Christina, Katelyn, Nathaniel, Marin, Joshua, and several nieces and nephews. Friends of Paul may call Monday, November 3rd, 2014 from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm at the Weeks Funeral Home 123 N. Main St. Warsaw. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home, 10am Tuesday, November 4th. Burial will follow in the Olivet Cemetery, Covington. Please visit www.weeksfuneral.com to offer online condolences.
