Patricia M. (Walsh) Schweikhard, age 72, of Warsaw, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, Wednesday, February 9 ^th 2022 at the Gateway House in Attica. Patty was born in Batavia, October 2, 1949, a daughter of the late Frederick E. and Philomena B. Rafferty Walsh. Patty graduated from Alexander High School in 1968 and went on to become a Ward Clerk for Wyoming County Community Hospital for 31 years before retiring in 2008. A lifetime resident of Attica and later Warsaw, Patty enjoyed trips to the casino and traveling to NASCAR races. She liked crocheting, camping and reading. Patty was a terrific mother and Nana to her 8 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brother; Frederick R. "Bob" Walsh, and two sisters; Judith Merrill and Bonnie Glosson.

Survivors include her husband of 17 years; Mark C. Schweikhard whom she married on May 28 ^th 2004 while attending the race at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Additional survivors include her son; James (Katie) Shoup of Geneseo, a daughter; Kelly (John) Nelson of Attica, 5 grandsons; Robert (Nikki) McCready of Silver Springs, Kristopher (Brandi) McCready of Perry, Tomas (Alicia) McCready of Castile, Christian and Trevor Shoup both of Geneseo, two great granddaughters; Violet and Azura McCready and a great grandson; Gabriel McCready, a sister; Marilyn Spencer of Attica.

Friends of Patricia M. Schweikhard are invited to a celebration of her life on Saturday, February, 19 ^th at the Wyoming County Veterans Inc. on West Buffalo Street Warsaw from 2-4pm.
