Patricia I. Prusak, age 73, of Fox Road Warsaw, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2022 at the Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw. Patricia was born in Warsaw, August 7, 1948 a daughter of the late Henry H. and Elaine L. Bowen Wolcott. A lifetime resident of Warsaw, Pat was a member of the Dale Baptist Church. She loved shopping and flower gardening. Pat was a terrific cook and enjoyed entertaining. She also liked sewing as was a great seamstress. Pat was primarily a homemaker but she helped others with home care and cleaning. She enjoyed spending time and was dedicated to her family.

Pat was preceded in death by a son, Richard Prusak Jr., a brother Henry Wolcott Jr., a sister, Anna Mae Larza.

Survivors include her loving husband of 56 years, Richard J. Prusak, a daughter, Teresa (Michael) Sheffield of Dale, a son, Aaron Prusak of Dale, four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A private memorial will be held at a later date and burial will take place in the Dale Cemetery. Weeks Funeral Home 123 N. Main Street has arrangements.
