Obituary

Patricia Ann Morgan, age 70, of South Maple Street Warsaw and previously Orlando, Florida passed away peacefully, Wednesday, September 19, 2024 at the Wyoming County Community Hospital. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, a daughter of the late Charles and Thelma Yarborough Newsom. Patty graduated from Arsenal Technical High School and and raised a beautiful family together with her beloved late husband, Walter Morgan who passed away in 1999. Patty was a devoted mother and grandmother, whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone she met. She was also a woman of deep faith, whose unwavering devotion to God guided her throughout her life. Her legacy of love, compassion, and faith will continue to live on through her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. In this time of sorrow, may we find comfort in the memories we shared with Patty and the lasting impact she had on our lives. She loved all animals and had many that she gave a loving home to over the years. She loved movies, especially Disney movies, books and music. She could never get enough cupcakes and chips and she loved to bake treats. Patty was an absolutely amazing mom and there was nothing she wouldn't do for her family. She was a wonderful example of kindness, love and forgiveness.

She was preceded in death not only by her husband but also her sisters and their husbands, Sandra (Dave) Pickerell and June (Ted) Proffitt.

Survivors include her loving daughter, Dawn (Shane) Johnson, Cindy (Dave) Barrett, and Paula Hamilton, her sister, Charlene Snow, her cherished grandchildren, Gavyn and Noah Johnson, Kenneth, Christina, Amanda, Adreana, Vicky, Jessica, Rhonda, Kenneth, and William Barrett also Ron, Josh, and Brad Hamilton.
