Patricia Ann Hayes, age 64, of Elm Street Warsaw found peace and comfort on April 2nd 2008 at the United Memorial Hospital in Batavia after a brave battle with cancer.
She was born in Warsaw on July 27th 1943 the daughter of the late Conrad and Bernice (Casselberry) Frank. Pat has lived in Warsaw for the last 15 years and was employed at Valu Home Center in Warsaw until her retirement in 2006, where she was affectionately known as the Paint Lady. Prior to that she lived in North Carolina and Florida where she was a professional painter. She loved spending time with family and friends and was an avid Kentucky Wildcat Basketball and NASCAR fan. She also had an avid interest in the American Civil War. In her quiet time she enjoyed crafting, crosswords and reading. She was a member of the New Beginnings Fellowship Church of Hermitage and looked forward to spending time with her Church family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Mary Lou, 2 brothers Walter and Robert. Also deceased, is her 1st husband James Baker, her 2nd husband Winston "Pat" Hayes and a grandson Aaron.
She is survived by her companion David Warne of Warsaw, her loving children; Terri (Tim) Olmstead of Deleon, FL, Elizabeth (Doug) Hess of Ormond Beach, FL., Kenneth (Michelle) Baker of Homer, NY, Leslie (Dan Walczak) Baker of Warsaw, Diana (Steve) Zilinski of New Smyrna, FL., Tammie (Kevin) Barrett of Tappahannock, VA., and Philip Van Buren of Batavia, Her siblings Sally (Butch) Casselberry of Bliss, NY., Russell (Carol) Casselberry of Castile, Harold (Jane) Casselberry of Amherst, WI., Thomas Casselberry of Warsaw, step brother Terry (Marge) Frank of Castile, sister in-laws Wanda Casselberry of Warsaw, Sandra (Mike) Tyler of Perry, and Laurie (Dale) Luengen of Cumming, GA. Also surviving are several grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Friends of Patricia Ann Hayes may call on Saturday, April 5th from 1-4pm at the Weeks Funeral Home 123 N. Main Street Warsaw where funeral services will be held at 4pm with the Reverend Ron Brown as celebrant.
