Neil Bruce Dennis age 92, of Bliss NY, passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at the Wyoming County Hospital, following an illness. Neil was born in Freedom, New York on April 26, 1931, the son of the late Pearl Brock Dearing. On June 18, 1950, he married Carol Jean Delaney, who preceded him in death. Neil and Carol had three children: Bruce of Bliss, NY; Kathi Lilga of California: and Patricia of Middleport, NY. Neil also had two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Neil also had one half-sister, Sheila Grissom of Texas and one half-brother, Paul Dearing of Michigan. Another half-sister, Diana, preceded Neil in death.

Neil was the creator of the Denny Dart model airplane and he enjoyed making rubber band powered airplanes out of foam plates to give to his grandchildren and others. Neil worked at many jobs in the Arcade area over the years including many years at Motorola and then Prestolite as a quality engineer.
