Michael W. Smith, "Smitty – Smith Kid" age 51 of Rt. 20A Warsaw passed away at his mother's home on Silver Lake, Thursday, June 18 ^th 2020. Mike was born in Warsaw, December 8 ^th 1968, the son of the late Gary K. Smith, who passed away on April 16 ^th of this year, and Linda J. Strathearn Smith of Perry. A lifetime resident of Wyoming County, Mike graduated from Perry High School in 1987 and went on to work for the Rochester Laborer's Union Local # 435. For the last 15 years, Mike drove "The Shiny Blue Pete" a Lowboy tractor trailer for Sealand Contractors in Rush, NY. He loved to detail cars and "The Shiny Blue Pete", as well as spend time with his children and family. Mike's favorite quote that he will forever be remembered for is "You never met a Mother F'er quite like me!"
Mike is survived by his wife Jennifer L. Blanc Smith of Warsaw, his two daughters; Sarah Smith of Rochester, Monica Smith of Perry, a brother; Mark (Sara) Smith of Castile, a sister; Tammy (Michael) Sprenger of Port St. Lucie, FL, a niece Amanda Sprenger and a nephew Adam Sprenger, and many close friends.

A memorial celebration of Smitty's Life will be held at the family home on Saturday, July 25 ^th 2020 beginning at 1pm.
