Michael B. Clark, age 67, of West Middlebury Road, Wyoming, died Sunday, October 12th at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.
He was born in Sheldon, NY September 30th 1941, the son of the late Lloyd L. and Mildred E. (Becker) Clark. Michael was a lifetime resident of the area who worked as a Dairy Farmer for many years and also a logger for Attica Package Co. for 24 years. He married his loving wife of 37 years Mary Lou Granger on July 2nd 1971. He attended the United Methodist Church in Wyoming and enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was best known as an Old School Straight Shooter who loved to garden, hunt and fish. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Michael was preceded in death by his brother Harold Clark in 2004.
He is survived by his son; Michael (Paula) Clark Jr. of Coopersburg, PA, 4 daughters; Pamela (Stephen) Morse of Gainesville, Lisa (Robert) MacDonald of Rochester, Julie (Jerry) Akers of Summerton, SC, Karen (Scott) VanBuren of Wyoming. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, a sister; Mary Jane (Al) Snyder of East Aurora, 3 brothers; Lloyd (Jackie) Clark of Sheldon, Edwin (Ellie) Clark of Friendship, Joseph (Coralie) Clark of Ocala, FL, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends of Michael B. Clark may call on Tuesday, October 14th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Weeks Funeral Home 123 North Main St. Warsaw. Funeral services will be held at 10am Wednesday, Oct. 15th at the funeral home with Pastor Michael Schell of the Java Village Baptist Church.
