Maxine Alexander, age 75, of Wormuth Lane Conesus, NY passed away Sunday, December 15, 2024 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester surrounded by her loving family. Maxine was born in Whitmire, SC, a daughter of the late Robert and Edna Worthy Maness. Maxine worked as a custodian at SUNY Geneseo for 17 years before retiring in 1992. She enjoyed the outdoors and gardening. A loving mother, grandmother and sister, Maxine will be missed by those who's lives she touched so dearly. She was a hard worker, dedicated to her family and close friends.

Maxine was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Alexander Sr., a nephew David Bass a great nephew Cameron Bass, and a sister, Polly Wensell,

Survivors include her children, Rollin (Torina) Cromwell of South Carolina, Robert Cromwell and, Angela (Doggar) Jones both of Perry, Melissa Mitchell and Cody Mitchell both of Conesus, her step-children, Evedne Gell and Curtis Alexander Jr. both of Mt. Morris, Tammie Crumpton of Stark, FL, Wendell Alexander of Florida, her grandchildren, Ryan, Jasmine, Dakota, Miranda, Nikki, Levi, Emiley, Colbie, Corbin, Allison, Jacorey, Cherryona, and Noah, her great grandchildren, Hayden, Alice, Ryland, Leland, Avianna, Alias, Zahavah, Evelyn, Cherilyn, Heidalyn, and Irendella.
