Mary O. Quinn, age 93, formerly of Silver Springs and Buffalo, died peacefully, Sunday December 18th at the Wyoming County Skilled Nursing Facility in Warsaw. Mary was born in Buffalo, September 19th 1918 the daughter of the late Robert and Delia DeYoung Reader. She was an excellent homemaker and housekeeper who enjoyed gardening, cooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Mary attended Mt. Zion Tabernacle in Silver Springs and will be remembered for her loving smile and kind words. She is predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Earl Quinn, a daughter Judy Larue, and three grandsons; Robert , Gregory Quinn and Frank Larue. Survivors include her son Robert (Patricia) Quinn of Clarence, two sisters; June Taylor of Silver Springs, and Gwendolyn Bateman of East Aurora, three grand, seven great grand and four great-great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. Friends of Mary Quinn may call on Tuesday, December 20th at the Mt. Zion Tabernacle on Jordan Rd. from 10am to 11am immediately followed by a service conducted by Pastor Jay Bailey. Burial will follow privately in the Griffens Mills Cemetery in West Falls, NY. Weeks Funeral Home 123 N. Main Street Warsaw has arrangements.
