Mary Margaret McBain, age 60, of Pineview Heights, Avon passed away Tuesday, July 22nd, 2014 at her home. She was born in Warsaw, May 18th, 1954, daughter of the late Bartlett and Margaret Wheeler McBain. Mary was a 1975 graduate of Warsaw Central School and worked in assembly at Hilltop Industries in Mt. Morris. She enjoyed singing and dancing, had a great sense of humor, and was an avid fan and an honorary member of the Buffalo Jills. Mary was full of love and an inspiration to all. She was predeceased by her parents. Survivors include her brother, Pastor David (Cathy) Washburn of Bergen; a sister, Lois Gagliardy of Florida; her dear friend, Kenny as well as many other close friends. Friends of Mary may call Friday, July 25th, 2014 from 11am to 1pm at the Weeks Funeral Home 123 N. Main St. Warsaw. A funeral service will be held follow calling hours at 1pm with Pastor Lauren Turner of the First United Methodist Church of Warsaw officiating. Burial will follow in the Warsaw Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mary's name to the Arc of Livingston-Wyoming at 18 Main St. Mt. Morris, NY 14510.
