Mary Rose Kelly, age 86 died peacefully, Tuesday, November 25th 2008 at her son's home in Wyoming. She was born in Eldorado, Illinois, January 3rd 1922, the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Emily Myrna Mackovjak. Mary Rose served in the US Army at the Air Force Military Hospital in San Antonio, TX., as a Registered Nurse from 1940-44 obtaining the rank of 1st Lt. She has lived in Wyoming with her son for the last three years and attended St. Michael's in Warsaw. She worked for several years at Nazareth College as a Registered Nurse. She is a longtime member of St. John's Church in Rochester where she resided since 1955. Mary Rose is preceded in death by her two Brothers; John and Daniel Mackovjak. She is survived by 3 Daughters; Maureen Kelly of Rochester, Margaret Ann (Robert) Doig of Sedona, AZ, Kathleen Susan Kelly of San Francisco, CA., 2 Sons; Francis W. (Numami) Kelly of Wyoming, Jonathan Richard Kelly of Brainard, ILL., 3 Sisters; Elizabeth Ann Polus of Detroit, MI., Edith Mae Zimmer of Dallas, TX., Dalores (Don) Egan of Springfield, Ill., 2 Brothers; Joseph Mackovjak of Madison AL., and Paul Mackovjak of Huntsville, AL., 6 grandchildren a great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews also survive. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Weeks Funeral Home 123 N. Main St. Warsaw is handling arrangements.
