Mary L. Doxtater, age 79, of Stevens Road, Warsaw passed away peacefully at the Wyoming County Community Hospital on Monday, October 26th, 2015 after a short illness. She was born on April 12th, 1936 in Warsaw, the daughter of the late Joseph and Gladys Stone Lamitina. She was a nurse's aide at both the old and new Warsaw Hospitals for many years and was a dedicated home maker. Mary enjoyed her winters in Florida, crossword puzzles and keeping a journal of her daily activities. She was predeceased by her brothers, Joseph and William Lamitina. Survivors include her loving husband of 59 years, Robert W. Doxtater Sr.; her children, Robert Jr. of Florida, Duane of Warsaw, and Donna of Florida; a brother, Robert (Florence) Lamitina of North Carolina; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at the Warsaw Cemetery, Saturday, July 2nd 2016 at 11am. Memorial contributions may be made in Mary's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
