Obituary

Maralyn A. Kerwin, age 84 of North Main Street Warsaw and formerly Bliss, passed away, Sunday, May 17 th 2020 at the Wyoming County Skilled Nursing Facility in Warsaw. Molly was born in Buffalo, September 9, 1935, the daughter of the late Ward and Lois Schickler Prince. A lifetime resident of Wyoming County, Molly worked alongside her longtime companion, Jim Kerwin, as a professional woodsman. Molly loved nature and the outdoors especially watching birds. When she wasn't working, Molly enjoyed going out to eat and socializing with friends.

Molly was preceded in death by her husband; George Walker, her longtime companion; Jim Kerwin, a daughter; Carolyn Schmidt, and a sister; Claudia McLaughlin and a grandson Kyle Walker.

Survivors include her sons; George (Debra) Walker Jr. of Attica, James (Jennifer) Walker of Bennington, 5 sisters; Patricia Wilson of Lockport, Dee Wagner of Rochester, Annie Comstock of Castile, Sandra (Keith) Geising of Fillmore, Polly Wilcox of Perry, 2 brothers; James (Brenda) Prince of Bergen, Albert "Herkie" (Kim) Prince of Gainesville, 16 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter, several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date convenient to the family and burial will take place in Grace Cemetery in Castile. Weeks Funeral Home 123 N. Main Street Warsaw has arrangements. Please visit www.weeksfuneral.com to offer condolences or to send cards.
