Lisa R. Cummins age 33 of Wallace Road, Pavilion passed away peacefully at home, Monday, October 29 ^th , surrounded by her loving family. Lisa was born in Rochester, December 1 ^st 1984 the daughter of Randy Freeman and Doreen DeStefano. As a lifetime resident, Lisa graduated from Pavilion Central School in 2004 and then went on to operate her own private daycare. She coached soccer and was truly dedicated to her family. Lisa made every day great for everyone around her with her wonderful attitude and giving, generous spirit. She always put others before herself, giving her sons her greatest love and focus. Lisa was predeceased by her grandparents, Bob and Beverly Freeman. Survivors include her loving husband; Rodney Cummins whom she married on September 15 ^th 2007, 2 sons; Case and Keean Cummins of Pavilion, her parents; Randy (Debbie) Freeman of Pavilion and Doreen (Jim) Frediani of Groveland, a sister; Amanda (Matt) Streamer of Pavilion; a very special nephew, William Streamer; 3 step brothers, Christopher (Jackie) Jurek of Perry Center, Troy (Ann) Abbott of Castile, and Ryan Abbott of York; her grandmother, Marian Rumrill of Mt. Morris; 3 Aunts; Geri (Skippy) Stella, Trish (Randy) Chichester both of Retsof, and Kathie (Bruce) Radley of Henrietta; and 2 uncles; Tim (Jen) Freeman of Pavilion and Terry (Michele) Freeman of Florida. Friends of Lisa may call on Thursday, November 1 ^st from 1pm to 4pm and 6pm to 9pm at the Weeks Funeral Home 123 N. Main St., Warsaw. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, November 2 ^nd at 10am, led by Pastor Laura Frye, followed by burial in the Olivet Cemetery in Covington. Memorial contributions are requested in Lisa's name to the memorial Scholarship for her boys.
