Obituary

Ken Beach, age 78, of Pavilion, New York, passed away peacefully after a long illness, Wednesday, October 9 th 2019 at his home, surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Barbara. Children include Kathy Napier, Donna Court, Steven (Julie) Beach, Donna (Doug) Nugent, Linda (Tim) Kowalchuk, Barry (Brea) Butler and other foster children. Grandchildren include Jennifer (Joel) Gibney, Kevin Napier, Steven Beach Jr., Jordan (Jeslene) Beach, Hanna Beach, Heather and Doug Court, Sarah, Becky, Mike, Adam, and Chris Nugent, Sarina Dumbleton-Beasley, Matt and Aaron Kowalchuk and others. Great grandchildren include Aprile and Kodi Beehler, Macy and Miles Gibney, Emma and Kaylee Beach, and many others. Ken served in the United States Army, worked for Eastman Kodak for 22 years, and along with his family, developed Hilltop Acres Mobile Home Park in Covington. In addition, Ken belonged to the Batavia Radio Control Cub and was one of the founders of the Ogden Snowmobile Club.

Services for Ken will be held at 4pm, Friday, November 1 st at the Covington Methodist Church, 1557 Simmons Road, Perry. (Not Handicap Accessible) An additional religious service will be held at BW's 11070 Perry Road, Pavilion beginning at 5:30pm followed by refreshments and a get together of family and friends. Memorial contributions are requested in Ken's name to the Covington Methodist Church.
