Kenneth H. Uptegrove, age 68, of North Maple Street Warsaw, passed away peacefully, at home, Thursday, December 10 ^th 2020. Ken was born in Batavia, September 27 ^th 1952, the son of the late William and Bernice Mott Uptegrove. After attending school in Warsaw, Ken enlisted in the United States Army in 1969, serving in Germany during the Vietnam War. Upon returning home, Ken took a job with Markin Tubing in Wyoming where he worked as a Tubing Coiler for forty years before retiring in 2012. He resided in Silver Springs and Castile for a time before returning to Warsaw in 2015. Ken attended St. Michael's Church in Warsaw and was glad for the warm welcome that the congregation showed him. He was a member of the Wyoming County Veterans Incorporated where he enjoyed the company of fellow veterans and a good meal. Fun times were had by Ken and his family camping, hiking and canoeing on the Genesee river. Ken was a dedicated father and grandfather whose family meant the world to him.

Ken was preceded in death by his infant son; Cochise Uptegrove.

Survivors include his four daughters; Jessica Uptegrove Burrows of New York, Jennifer (Richard Brown) Uptegrove of Wethersfield, Jocosa ( Jeffrey Mahoney) Uptegrove of Livonia, Shyanne Uptegrove of Silver Springs, a son; Joshua (Katy) Uptegrove of Gig Harbor, Washington, seven grandchildren; Bridget, Matthew, Evelina, Saul, Kaydence, Lilyanna, and Lydia.
