Joyce M. Baltusis age 81, of Quaker Hollow Orchard Park, passed away suddenly, Friday, March 31 ^st 2023 at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo. Joyce was born in Brockton, Massachusetts, a daughter of the late Walter and Mildred Esterbrook Jones. She graduated from Brockton High School and went on to marry the love of her life and begin her family. Joyce moved to Orchard Park from Massachusetts 20 years ago after the loss of her beloved husband, George Baltusis. She enjoyed shopping and dining out with family and friends. Joyce was a terrific cook and was known for her Mexican Dip and her Hello Dolly Bars. Joyce was dedicated to her family an will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Joyce was preceded by two brothers, Robert and Walter "Kraut" Jones.

Survivors include her three daughters, Cheryl Noack of Buffalo, Pamela (Michael Murphy) Kelley of Encinitas, California, Brenda Kelly of West Seneca, a sister, Debbie (Bob) Smalley of Richmond, Virginia, five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren survive.
