John T. "Tom" Pease, age 84, of Perry Road Pavilion, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022 at the Wyoming County Skilled Nursing facility in Warsaw after a short stay. Tom was born in Spencerport, May 3, 1938, a son of the late John M. and Flora Chrysler Pease. A lifetime resident of Western New York, Tom worked at CMI in Brockport before spending 29 years with LeRoy Industries as a machinist and retiring in 2002. Tom was a longtime faithful member of the LaGrange Baptist Church where he built their Baptistery. He was a fan of all kinds of racing especially NASCAR. Tom belonged to a racing crew, racing at Perry Speedway all through the 60's. He was a quiet man but dedicated to supporting his family in every way.

Tom was preceded by his sister, Nancy Mooney, and two brothers, Roger and Allen Pease.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 55 years, Fay A. Howard Pease, whom he married on November 5, 1966. Also surviving are two daughters, Alice I. Pease of Pavilion, Della F. (Steve) Merritt of Batavia, a brother, James H. Pease of Silver Springs, a sister, Shirley (Ron) Richmond of Canandaigua, 5 grandchildren, Rebecca Holbert, John W. Moon, Joseph (Brittany) Czworka, Cortney (Chris) Andrews, Jessica Moon, 9 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and numerous cousins.

Friends of John "Tom" Pease may join the family in a Celebration of Tom's Life at 1pm on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at the LeRoy Moose Family Center 21 Bank Street LeRoy, NY 14482.
