Jennifer J. Howland, age 51, of Transit Road, Pavilion, passed away Sunday, April 20, 2025 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. Jen was born in Rochester, September 2, 1973, a daughter of the late Waylen Washburn Sr. and Phyllis A. Teeter Washburn of Batavia. Jen graduated from Washington Court House High School in Ohio. A 15 year resident of Pavilion and previously LeRoy and Ohio, Jen worked at Tim Hortons in Batavia and more recently at the Piffard location. She enjoyed crocheting, trips to the casino and also was a devoted Bills fan. She loved all things Disney and was a huge "Jack Skellington" fan. Jen was a kind hearted and loving lady who was dedicated to her husband, children and her grandchildren. Jen was known as a straight shooter, often telling you how things were without pulling any punches. You always knew where you stood with her.

She is survived by her husband, Brian W. Howland whom she married on June 25, 2021. Also surviving are her three sons, Steven (Lindsey Cook) Downard of Washington Court House, OH, Richard Downard Jr. of Bismarck, ND, Jonathan Downard of Batavia, three daughters, Aerika (Dwayne Cooper) Howland of Mt. Morris, Shawna Howland of LeRoy, Samantha (Josh Howe) Howland of Cuylerville, four brothers, Waylen (Shauna) Washburn Jr. of Gasport, Ryan (Dawn Gursslin) Washburn of LeRoy,, Aaron (Elisha) Washburn of North Chili, Daniel Washburn of LeRoy, her very dear friend, Robin (Charles Watson) VanDorn of Batavia, ten grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Jennifer's life will be held at the Bethany Fire Hall on May 31st 2025 with the time to be announced. Memorials are requested to the family. Weeks Funeral Home 123 N.
