James D. Kososki Jr., age 29 of Pratt Road Batavia, Passed away at his home on Thursday, February 13th 2020. James was born in Warsaw, the son of James D. Kososki Sr. and Anne M. Hayward Vasi. A lifetime resident of Western New York, James worked as a construction laborer for Terry Mooney Construction in Warsaw. A hard worker, James loved music and expressed his artistic talents with drawing. James will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother; Gloria Hayward and his paternal grandmother; Joan Kososki.

Survivors include his Fiance; Grace Murray of Batavia, his son; Damian Kososki of Rochester, his parents James (Eva) Kososki of Warsaw and Anne (Franc) Vasi of Springville, three sisters; Alysha Kososki of Yorkshire, Becca Lambert of Machias, Victoria Kososki of North Carolina, his paternal grandfather; Leonard Kososki of Warsaw, step grandparents; Joseph Murch and Sharon VanSon both of Warsaw, several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Friends of James may call on Thursday, February 20 ^th 2020 at the Weeks Funeral Home 123 N. Main Street Warsaw from 4-6pm. A private memorial will be held at the convenience of the family.
