Irene F. Waziak, of Linwood Ave., Warsaw, passed away Thursday, February 27th, 2015 at the Wyoming County Skilled Nursing Facility. She was born in Arcade, July 20th, 1926, daughter of the late Claude and Flora Mae Marsh Hopper. A resident of Warsaw since 2005, and previously of Sloan, NY, Irene worked at the Warsaw Knitting Mill, Trico, Buffalo Molded Plastics; but was primarily a loving and dedicated Homemaker. She was a member of the Rock Glen Baptist Church and enjoyed crossword puzzles, socializing, and spending time with her grandchildren. Irene was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Waziak in May of 2003; 4 brothers, LaVerne, Norman, Victor, and Claude Hopper; 3 sisters, Edna Jarosek, Elaine Frederickson, and Mary Hopper. Survivors include 2 sons, Richard (Lucy Liwak) Waziak of Huston, TX and Robert (Debbie) Waziak of Indiana; 2 daughters, Nancy (Richard) Gabryszak of Warsaw and Cynthia (James) Serra of Angola; 9 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandson.
