Hazel Jean Bewley, age 86, of North Main St. Warsaw, passed away Wednesday, August 30th, 2017 at the Wyoming County Skilled Nursing Facility. She was born in Olean, November 10th, 1930, daughter of the late Lu A. and Bertha Burdick Bewley. A lifetime resident of Wyoming County and graduate of Letchworth High School, Hazel worked in assembly at Mallory Timers in Warsaw for 32 years as well as being a dedicated home maker. She was a past member of the Full Gospel Church in Warsaw. Time not spent working was spent in front of her television relaxing. Hazel also loved flowers, word searches, and her cats which were like her children. She was predeceased by 2 sister, Virgina Warren and Bertha Merle Bewley. Survivors include a son, David (Peggy Hale) Bewley of Warsaw and a daughter, Betty Jean (Thomas Mufford) Forrester of Attica.
