Georgia L. Barton of Tempe, AZ passed away on Monday, December 31 ^st , 2018. Georgia was the daughter of Donald and Naomi (Skidmore) Blakeslee. She was born and raised in Warsaw, NY. Georgia married Paul Barton of Warsaw, later moving to Arizona. She and Paul were divorced in 1984.

Georgia was an avid sports fan. She enjoyed reading, music, and was an animal advocate. She was also a staunch supporter of the United States Armed forces.

She was employed at the United Health Insurance Co. in Phoenix, AZ for many years.

Georgia was predeceased by her parents and her former husband.

She is survived by 2 sisters, Ramona (Douglas) Richardson and Susannah (Robert) Heubusch; 2 nieces, Renee Jines and Liza Brennan; and 3 nephews, Donald (Sandra) Forsha, Derrick Forsa, and Jesse Heubusch.

There are no services scheduled at this time. A memorial will take place at the families discretion.
