Obituary

Frances W. Wickins, age 75, recently of Perry and formerly of Attica, passed away peacefully, Thursday, March 24, 2022, at the Gateway House in Attica, surrounded by her loving family. Fran was born in Pennsylvania, December 30, 1946, a daughter of the late Leroy F. and Frances Kolodski Werner. She graduated from Middle Octorara High School and resided in Pennsylvania before moving to Attica, New York 46 years ago. Fran worked in Batavia as a secretary for many years before retiring in 1992. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting. Fran was an avid Perry Mason and Lone Ranger fan.
Fran was preceded in death by her two brothers; Leroy "Buzz" Werner, Jr, and John Werner, and three sisters; Betty Amico, Alice Findley, and Dorothy Cabott.

Survivors include her daughter; Cynthia Say of Attica, a son; Charles Evans of Perry, two grandsons; Patrick "Rick" Say and Jarrid Say both of Attica, three Sisters; Suze (Scott) Schoemaker and Elaine Chapman, still residing in Pennsylvania, Mary Lou Hall of Texas and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a private social gathering for Fran with friends and family in the near future.
