Epiphania "Fannie" Blair, age 98 of North Main St., passed away Tuesday, July 31 ^st , 2018 at the Wyoming County Skilled Nursing Facility. She was born in Mt. Morris, April 10 ^th , 1920, daughter of the late Austin and Grace DeSalvo Trippe. A resident of Warsaw since 2011, previously of Florida, Fannie worked as a cosmetologist for L'oréal Products in Tampa, FL. Fannie was predeceased by her first husband, Joseph LoVerde; second husband, Jack Blair; a son, Leonard LoVerde; 2 sisters, Angela Pusateri and Mary Grace Rizzo; 2 brothers, Victor and Joseph DeFranco; and a grandson, David Cowie. Survivors include a daughter, Angela Moore of Florida; and 4 grandchildren, Mark (Gail) Cowie of Spencerport, Scott (Cheryl) Cowie of Perry, Mike LoVerde of North Tonawanda, and Christina LoVerde of Eagle; 4 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will take place at the convenience of the family in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Perry.
