Edna May Stone, age 94, of Mt. Morris, died Saturday, August 14th, 2010 at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. Edna was born in Rochester, NY, April 5th, 1916, the daughter of the late Robert and May Caudle. She lived in the Dansville area most of her life but spent 20 years in Florida before moving back to the region. A homemaker, she was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Dansville. She is predeceased by her husband, Kirke Stone, on April 20th, 2001 and 2 brothers, Jack and Richard Caudle. Survivors include 2 daughters, Sue Dengler of Indianapolis, IN and Alice (Greg) Lemen of Dansville; a son, Robert (Darlene) Stone of Dansville; 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Charlotte Caudle of Rochester; and several nieces and nephews also survive. A private burial will be held at the Whitehaven Memorial Park in Rochester, NY at a later date.
