Donna M. Brothers, age 64, of Main Street Wyoming, died peacefully at home Wednesday, February 24th, surrounded by her loving family. Donna was born in Warsaw, August 5th 1945 the daughter of the late Donald E. and Marian E. Lewis Newland. Donna was a lifetime resident of Wyoming County and worked at the Attica and Warsaw Knitting Mills at one time. She later worked in the kitchen of Manor Oak Nursing Home and as a housekeeper for the Wyoming Co. Comm. Hospital. She belonged to the Warsaw branch of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where she enjoyed volunteering in the Family History Center. Donna had a great sense of humor and she enjoyed playing cards, crocheting, and canning. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed all of the family gatherings. She is survived by two daughters, Tina Newland of South Warsaw and Bridget (Thomas) Davis of Wyoming; Five sisters, Nancy (Leon) Baylor of Warsaw, Rebecca (Harry) Vonglis of Silver Springs, Gladys Newland of South Warsaw, Linda Hamilton of Warsaw, Bonnie Newland of South Warsaw; three grandchildren; Rachelle Wilcox, Sadi Smith, Drake Davis and 2 great grandchildren; Aaron and Ayden Miller as well as several nieces and nephews. Friends of Donna M. Brothers may call on Saturday, February 27th, 2010 from 10am to 12pm at the Warsaw branch of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where funeral services will be conducted at 12pm.
