Diana M. Dumbleton, age 82, of Culver Ave. passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at the Wyoming County Skilled Nursing Facility. She was born in Warsaw, April 18th, 1934, daughter of the late Lewis W. and Charlotte Stevens Bush. A lifetime resident of Gainesville, recently of Warsaw, and 1952 graduate of Gainesville School, Diana was a dedicated home maker. She enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren, traveling, camping, knitting and crocheting, and interior decorating. She was very proud of her ever growing family. Diana was predeceased by her loving husband of 55 years, Lawrence J. Dumbleton Jr. in 2009; 4 brothers, Homer, Jack, Richard and Wayne Bush; and 3 sisters, June Monagan, Phyllis Irwin, and Marilyn Christie. Survivors include 3 daughters, Cynthia (Alan) Foote of Perry, Roxanne Ingles of Warsaw, and Luanne (Frank) Tones of Castile; 2 sons, Lawrence J. (Penny Tonaus) Dumbleton of Gainesville and Gary (Sonia) Dumbleton of Warsaw; a sister, Joyce Basset of Batavia; 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
