Bailey, Deborah L.
Warsaw
Deborah L. Bailey, age 75 of Linwood Avenue Warsaw, passed away on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at the United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia with her family by her side. Deb was born in Philipsburg, PA, a daughter of the late Howard B. and Arlene L. Heilder Jenkins. She attended Philipsburg High School and went on to earn her (CNA) Certified Nurses Assistant certification from Feden College Academy. Deb worked most of her life in private healthcare in Port St. Lucie, Florida before retiring and moving back to Warsaw in 2020. She enjoyed helping people and she was really good at what she did. Many trips to the casino and the beaches of Florida were had, but sewing, crafting and knitting took up the rest of her time. She had a deep and enduring love for her family. Deb was one of a kind and she would tell you in a straight forward way what she felt. She will be missed by her family and those who's lives she touched. Yesterday we said goodbye to our “Meme”, our sweet and spicy matriarch. She loved fearlessly and was always up for an adventure or shaking it on the dance floor. She loved gardening, Texas Hold-em, the beach and a good flea market. She made the most unforgettable fudge and would always cook for an army and bring it to us. She always did the most to make holidays special and you never had to guess what was on her mind. LOL. We are so grateful to have the memories i have with her. We were so fortunate to get the years with her that we had and she was able to meet all of the grand kids. We will miss her dearly but i know shes in a better place. Love you “Meem”.. see ya later alligator.
Deborah is survived by her daughter, Jody (Jackie Noble) Bailey of Deputy, Indiana, a son, W. Shawn Bailey of Castile, a sister, Bonnie Gardener of Clearfield, PA, three grandchildren, Chase Gozelski, Logan Bailey, and Lyndsay Dutton, five great grandchildren, Link and Ledger Dutton, Levi Voorhees, Jaxon Evans and Camrynn Brown as well as several nieces, nephews and close friends.
