Obituary

Cynthia Ott-Hayden passed away on July 27, 2025 in San Diego, California at the age of 71. The eldest daughter of Roger and Betty Ott, she was born and raised in Warsaw, New York. Life took her to Florida, Colorado, and again to New York State before ultimately making her home in the San Diego area.

Cyndi is survived by her husband of 42 years, Bruce Hayden and her son, Jamison Adair (Christine). She is also survived by her grandchildren, Evelyn and Benjamin Adair, five siblings: sisters Karen Hurlburt, Linda Blythe (Bill) and Shelley Ott , and brothers Steven Ott (Patricia) and Jeffrey Ott (Rebecca) as well as numerous nieces , nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her son, Blake Adair.

Cyndi was a master of many trades; remodeling homes, obtaining her teaching certification, helping out at the family auto shop business and running an accounting firm for many years with Bruce.

There will be no calling hours. Interment will be at the Dale Cemetery. A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Warsaw Moose Club.
