Craig T. Hirsch "Boots", was born on May 25, 1975, of Wyoming, NY, passed away on January 15, 2025. He was a kind and selfless soul, always ready to offer help or bring a little joy into someone's day. Craig's impact on those who knew him was profound, and his absence will be deeply felt.
Craig had a passion for working with his hands. As a skilled mechanic, he loved working on vehicles, and his talent extended to maintenance and carpentry. He had a deep appreciation for car races, both local and NASCAR, and he enjoyed building replicas of race cars. Craig also loved hunting and fishing, spending time outdoors. He was especially fond of his dog, Jack, and his dog nephew, Dallas, whom he lovingly called "goofy dog." Craig was dedicated to taking care of his mother, always offering her his support and love.
Craig is survived by his loving mother, Jean Kreutter; his brother, Chad Hirsch (Jennifer); and was predeceased by his brother, Joshua Hirsch, and father, Peter Hirsch. He is also survived by his grandparents, Robert and Donna Fox; his niece, Alyssa Hirsch; his nephews, Austin Hirsch and Keary Harrison (Brooke); his great-nephew, Wesley Harrison; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A Celebration of Life to honor Craig will take place on Saturday, January 25, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at The Pavilion Firehall (Rear Hall).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages acts of kindness and love in Craig's memory, reflecting the way he lived his life.
