Connie S. Mulcahy, age 59, of South Main St., Castile, passed away at her home Monday, June 2nd, 2014. She was born in Brockport, September 15th, 1954, daughter of the late Harvey Sr. and Margaret Hughes Jett. A lifetime resident of Wyoming County and 1972 graduate of Wyoming Central School, Connie worked as an aide for local nursing facilities and also worked in packaging for Archway Cookies in Perry. Connie, in previous years lived abroad in Naples, Italy. She loved to travel and enjoyed cooking and sewing. Connie had a big heart and was always there to help others. A special thank you goes out to Harvey Jr. who did so much for her recently. Connie was predeceased by 2 older brothers, Bob and David Jett Sr. Survivors include her former husband, Arthur Mulcahy of Perry; a son, Arthur (Joelan) Mulcahy of Henrietta; 4 brothers, Harvey Jett of Silver Springs, Vernon (Audra) Jett of Gainesville; Doug Jett of Castile, and Darrell (Anna) Jett of Centerville; 2 sisters, Karen (Chris Merrell) Evans of Castile and Lori (Mike Durfee) Jett of Castile; 2 grand daughters, Madison and Alexa Mulcahy of Henrietta; 4 neices, several nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A memorial service will be held 4pm Thursday, June 12th at the Weeks Funeral Home 123 N. Main St. Warsaw.
