Charles A. Wilkie, "Charlie", age 91 of Silver Springs Road, Silver Springs passed away Wednesday, July 8 ^th 2020 at the Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw. Charlie was born in Warsaw, October 29 ^th 1928, the son of the late Lester H. and Bernice Woods Wilkie. A lifetime resident of Wyoming County, Charlie graduated from Wyoming High School and went on to begin a long career of hard work. He began working as a service manager and equipment specialist for Porter-Way Harvesters in Waterloo, NY and in Patterson, California, Rozanski Harvesting in Perry, and Batavia Turf Farm. After working in the Agricultural sales, service, and training sector, he bought his own Dairy Farm in Silver Springs, "Wilkie Farms". While farming, he also worked for Don Robb's custom service in Perry. He was in high demand for his ability to train people on any piece of equipment. Charlie found enjoyment hunting, fishing, making maple syrup, and spending time with his family and friends.

Charlie was preceded in death by his sister; Frances Griffen and his brother; Lester Wilkie Jr..

Survivors include his loving wife of 55 great years; Joan M. Kibler whom he married in 1965. Additional survivors include his three sons; Frank (Pamela) Wilkie of Silver Springs, John (Laura) Wilkie of Seneca Falls, Charles (Carmella) Wilkie of Warsaw, 6 granddaughters; Crystalyn (Cameron) Marsh of Silver Springs, Charlene (Jamien) Smucker of Mt. Joy, PA, Molly (Peter) Roloson of Waterloo, NY, Taylor Wilkie of Silver Springs, Megan Wilkie of Seneca Falls, Sarah Wilkie of Silver Springs, 2 great grandsons; Jaxon and Chester Marsh.
