Caroline Jane Welch went home to be with our Lord on August 12 ^th 2019 after being born in the Golisano Children's Hospital on August 8 ^th . The beloved daughter of Tim and Erica Welch of Pavilion, Caroline will be sadly missed.

She leaves behind her Grandparents; Kyle (Debra) Welch and Jamie (Diane) Cleveland both of Wyoming, her Great grandparents Robert (Donna) Fox of Pavilion, Clint Cleveland and Joyce Welch both of Wyoming, William (Jean) Kent of Stafford, her Aunts and Uncles Erin Cleveland, Katie (Tanner) West, and Evan (Alyssa Coniber) Cleveland all of Wyoming and numerous cousins survive.

Friends and family may call on Friday, August 16 ^th from 10-1pm at the Weeks Funeral Home 123 N. Main Street Warsaw. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family with Pastor Laura Fry of the Covington Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Golisano Children's Hospital NICU, PO Box 651, 601 Elmwood Ave. Rochester, NY 14642.
