Betty Jane Ott, age 86, of Blackhouse Road, Warsaw, died Monday, December 28 ^th , 2020 at the Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw. Betty was born in Warsaw March 8 ^th 1934, the daughter of the late Donald and Hazel Stortz Cole.

A lifetime resident and 1952 graduate of Warsaw Central School, Betty married her beloved husband Roger, April 4 ^th 1953 and went on to raise her six children. She was a dedicated homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Betty always thought of and placed her family first. She will be remembered by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren as someone whose cookie jar was always full of chocolate chip cookies. She was there, no matter what, SELFLESSLY!

Betty was preceded in death by her husband; Roger O. Ott, January 17 ^th 2008, her brother Donald "Pete" Cole, her sister; Dorothy Keenan.

Survivors include four daughters; Cindy (Bruce) Ott-Hayden of Fall Brook, CA, Karen Hurlburt, Linda (Bill) Blythe, and Shelly Ott all of Warsaw, two sons; Steven (Patricia) Ott of Warsaw and Jeffrey (Rebecca) Ott of Hilton, NY, a sister; Marlene Lane of Arcade, numerous grand and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Betty will be buried privately in the Dale Cemetery beside her husband at the convenience of the family. Weeks Funeral Home 123 N. Main Street Warsaw has arrangements.
