Arnold Lee Taylor age 66, of South Center Street Perry, died peacefully at home , February 2nd 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Arnie was born in Rochester, January 9th 1951 the son of the late Louis and Gertrude Hallings Taylor. A graduate of Livonia High School, Arnie worked as a postal courier for J and J enterprises in Wayland, NY. He was a fifteen year resident of Wyoming County and previously resided in Mt. Morris. Arnie was a longtime member of the USBC and the Perry Bowling Association Hall of Fame. He was so good that he was known as "God" at the lanes where he bowled. He earned nine 300 Rings and three 300 Championship Rings. While bowling was his passion, Arnie also enjoyed golf and was good at any sport he played. Arnie was proud of his 40 year membership with AA and helped many by sharing his recovery throughout the years. Arnie was preceeded in death by his brother Al Taylor. Survivors include his wife Trish Berkes whom he married on May 7th 2007, three daughters; Bonnie (Steve) Malley of Avon, Brandi (Steve) Royse of Warsaw, Gabby (Mitch) Johnston of Perry, three sons; Clyde (Bridget) Taylor of Florida, Tim Waugh of Warsaw and Adam (Debbie) Waugh of Perry, a sister in-law; Joyce Taylor of Mt. Morris, 18 grandchildren, a nephew; Brian Taylor of Henrietta, and a niece Lynn Taylor Carter of Marion as well as many cousins and loving family and friends. Memorial hours will be held in Arnie's memory on Wednesday, February 8th from 5-8pm at the Weeks Funeral Home 123 N. Main Street Warsaw.
