Alice Anne Healy, age 76, passed away on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Greenfields in Lancaster, New York where she had been a resident the past six months. She is formerly from Orangeville, NY where she loved her Association. She was born March 3, 1945 to the late George and Shirley Carter Healy, and was predeceased by her brother; and "Her Tiniest-PB".

Alice was well educated in her field. She earned her Associate Arts Degree from North Country Community College. Alice continued on, earning her Bachelor of Science Degree from Empire State College and furthered her education by attending Syracuse University for her Master of Science Degree with a certificate in Gerontology. She spent years counseling at a few prisons before settling at Wyoming Correctional Facility, where she retired from. Alice also had a degree as a dental hygienist.

Alice will be remembered as a hard-working, caring and generous person to many families and organizations. She enjoyed animals that she chose not to eat and also supported organizations that cared for and protected them. For many years, Alice was a meticulous painter, spent many hours at church as treasurer and could sing all the high notes. She had a witty personality and will be greatly missed by her church family, close friends and neighbors. However, Alice is now home with her Lord and Savior.

A memorial service will be held at the Darien United Methodist Church, 1951 Broadway Road Darien, NY on Saturday, February 5, at 10am. A luncheon will follow. Snow date will be February 19, at 10am.
